ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
All orders typically ship in between 1-2 business days. Delays due to public holidays or some unforeseen circumstances are possible. Rest assured, we try our best to get your order to you ASAP. If youβre experiencing a delay in your order, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to sort you out!

SHIPPING LOCATIONS AND CHARGES
Delivery charges will be calculated during checkout and are based on your location. All UAE orders over AED 100 will be eligible for free shipping.Β
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Had a change of heart? No problem! Please email us (with your Order #) at orders@kbeautyarabia.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to collect the item and process your return or exchange. Please note the following criteria must be met in order to qualify for a return:
β’ Product must be in its original purchase condition: packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
β’ Product purchased as part of a set or a kit must be returned as a whole set.
β’ Unfortunately, items received on sale are not eligible for refunds.
β’ Return shipping costs will be covered by K-Beauty provided it has met the above requirements.
Returned products can take anywhere between 3-10 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 4-7 business days. Your bank may take a further few days to process this refund to show in your account.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
