- This lightweight, calming toner helps balance the skin's moisture and oil levels without leaving a sticky finish.
- Formulated with VT’s cica-infused Cicaliao™ including Centella extract, Centella 4X complex and Green propolis extract.
- It also contains PHA, which evens out skin tone, sloughs off dead skin cells while controlling sebum.
- Suitable for all skin types but is especially beneficial for those with dry, dehydrated or irritated skin.
